We want you to love your brew, but due to the perishable nature of our roasted coffee, we can only accept returns on hardware and unopened merchandise within 14 days of delivery. If your coffee arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out immediately and we will make it right.

For damaged goods, please attach a clear photo of the packaging and product so we can expedite your claim with the courier.

Pack and Ship

Once approved, securely package your unused hardware or merchandise and ship it back to our roastery using the provided address.
